Linenblue

Linenblue is a trading brand of Quadriga Consulting Ltd. Payments will be processed by Quadriga Consulting Ltd and will appear on your credit card statement as Quadriga Consulting Ltd. Quadriga Consulting Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom. Buyers agree that UK law will apply.  

If You Aren't Satisfied - A No Quibble Refund

In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are flawed or are not of merchantable quality we will replace them or offer a refund. Please let us know the nature of the problem immediately via email (info@linenblue.com).  If you can attach a photograph of the flawed product that would be helpful.  We will contact you to arrange return or replacement of the product.  

If you believe that goods have been damaged in transit we may be able to claim on our seller's insurance - so please provide evidence of shipping damage so we can reclaim on our seller insurance if we need to provide replacement product.  

Returns Policy

If you wish to return any goods to us for reasons other than the above please ensure that you return the goods to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.  If you intend to return goods we ask that you email us at info@linenblue.com with your order number in the subject line of the email and provide reasons for return in the body of the email.  

Goods must be returned unsoiled and must be packaged for safe return. Products which have been laundered or soiled will not be eligible for refund and should not be returned.

Goods lost in transit will not be subject to refund - so we recommend return shipping with a reputable shipping firm that offers goods tracking (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery). Customers should obtain shipping receipts.  

We may charge a repacking fee if presentation boxes and packaging materials are damaged in return transit. Repacking in such circumstances is required to restore goods to merchantable quality.  

Please note that we do not offer refunds on made-to-order products such as our ultimate bed linen range.

We will not refund shipping costs relating to returned goods (except in circumstances the goods are flawed).    

Shipping

We offer low cost shipping to all UK customers (based on a flat fee of ¬£5.00 plus 10% of order value) - and very affordable shipping rates to non-UK customers.  UK customers can opt for priority shipping at a small additional charge.  UK Priority shipping includes goods tracking and insurance and we can guarantee next business day delivery.    

If you opt for priority UK shipping, or you reside outside the UK, our system computes shipping costs based on weight of goods and a standard charge for tracking. Customers may track orders with tracking codes we will provide when we confirm despatch. Unless stated otherwise we ship using Royal Mail or Parcelforce.  We may use other carriers for non-UK destinations.  

Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal and payments will appear on your credit/debit or PayPal statements as "Quadriga Consulting"  - our parent company.
